Under the aegis of the UGC Academic Staff College, AMU, the Centre of Advanced Study in History has started Refresher course for the Research Scholars. From 16th March 2009 it will continue till 4th April 2009. In all 45 research Scholars have been shortlisted for the purpose.
The theme of the Refresher course is "Recent Trends in History". The programme is being coordinated by Dr. Mohd Parwez and Dr. Sumbul Halim Khan, Readers (Associate Professors), Dept. of History, AMU.
