'AAJ KAL IS MASLEY PAR AMUNetwork KA KIYA KAHENA HAI ?

Dear Aligs., Asalkm,
Noted the chain of mails. It revealed another unpleasant matter. AMUNetwork is popularly known as voice of Aligs. Not only among t hem(Aligs.) but the whole community looks forward at the Network for an openion on any current issue. 'AAJ KAL IS(current issue) MASLEY PAR AMUNetwork KA KIYA KAHENA HAI ?' is oftenly enquired by people.
Writing is not only composition of sentences, paragraphs, articles and for that matter books, but it is an art of expressing oneself with validated, appealing features and ready to reply any query on the subject. A responsible writer requires ample of time, concentration, gathering resources and analytical as well as synthetical ability of choosing what is to be put and what to ignore.
Janab Ahtasham sb has been writing on selective issues very important for the society. His writings focus at the points which are needed in day-to-day life in the society particularly by youngsters, e.g. how to write Resume, how to prepare for interview, ways of selecting courses and institutes, to mention a few. So far, he has covered a lot of topics. I am sure he must be compiling his coming outs, if not, it is suggest for. Janab Rizvi sb has special pain for AMU and its pertinent matters since his Aligarh days till date. He eyes into depth of a matter. This is his inbuilt quality. If any of his submissions look irritating, sarcastic, pessimistic or so he can be queried for. Certainly, he will and has to respond satisfactorily.
It is sheer unfortunate weakness of a group that lets a debate to end with targetting individuals. When fruitful material exhausts, left over is personal criticism. This is the era of Group Discussion(GD) to be used as solution tool. That's why Imam Ghazali (Rah..) opposed 'Manazira' when it used to turn out like 'victory' v/s 'lost' matches instead of searching for truth / facts
to be accepted.
Let it be closed with the request to Ahtasham sb to continue his appreciable writings for the benefit of the society as he aims to.

Shariah based NFO

Dear All,

I have done research work on the stocks mentioned in this NFO as shariah
compliant. Unfortunately I found many stocks which are shariah non-compliant,
few of them grossly violate shariah. I have conveyed this to the management of
the Benchmark and also taken up the matter with shariah advisers associated with
it. Their Chief Shariah Adviser asked for certain proofs which I have provided
to him.

Let me also clarify to every one that this company has no shariah board of its
own. It's using the name of shariah board of S& P whose shariah norms this
company is using. Further their is no shariah monitoring of its stocks. It is
very difficult in absence of shariah monitoring to ascertain whether the shariah
norms given by the scholars are properly followed.

My request to all of you is to welcome shariah complaint products and support it
wholeheartedly but at the same please try to ensure that shariah which is the
reason detre of this concept is followed in letter and spirit.

Thanks and best regards to all of you.
