4 Gmail Features You Can't Afford To Miss

Gmail is one of the most used email service. It has the ability to extend it power through Lab Features. I am listing some of the most useful Gmail features to make the most of it.

Oops! I Want My Mail Back
The send button on emails have caused more jaw drops than Hollywood flicks. 7 out of 10 people hit the send button too soon and want the mail back. The undo send feature can be activated from the labs (the green beaker icon on top right corner of your inbox). It give you a maximum of 10 seconds to pull your mail back from the servers, if you have send it by mistake.

Preserve Common Responses To Send Again And Again
Canned response is feature that allows you to reply quickly. You can save some common responses and send them with a single click. It is very useful if you get a lot of mails and want to acknowledge, but dont have time to respond at the very moment.

Quote Only The Text You Want
When replying to a message, the entire message gets quoted. If you wish to respond only to certain lines of the message and quote only those lines, then activate the Quote Selected Text Only from the labs.

Inbox Preview
At times we need to check our inbox again and again if we are anxiously waiting for a message. Gmail takes certain amount of time to open. The inbox preview feature provides the status of first 10 messages even before the inbox actually open. If you find no new mail you can log off saving your time and effort. If the message is there, you will be delighted to much earlier than the opening of inbox.
